After last year's drama "VIP" caught the attention of the audience, this year the attention was diverted to "The World of The Married". Unlike the VIP that makes us guess the affair of the main character for the next few episodes, this one drama actually displays it from the beginning. We are not made curious but we are upset. The World of the Married is JTBC's newest drama adapted from the British television series Doctor Foster. Watching nine episodes of "The World of the Married" felt like he was riding a roller coaster ride: stimulating adrenaline, emotions, but managed to get addicted and always look forward to the next episode.
This family the conflict-themed drama tells the story of a married couple whose household life begins to fall apart because of a third person in the relationship. Played by veteran actress Kim Hee Ae (Ji Sun Woo) who was born into a family of a doctor, Jin Sun Woo is married to famous actor Lee Tae Oh (Park Hae Joon) and has a son. Ji Sun Woo lives a seemingly perfect life with a peaceful family, her husband's unchanging love, and a good son.
What's even more painful is that everyone knows Tae Oh's affair except his own wife. Everyone helped his cover-up. They are Sun Woo's neighbors and colleagues at work. Ironically, they are people who always praise how perfect Sun Woo's life is. As if with Tae Oh having an affair, they can finally see a crack at Sun Woo's perfection. They wait for a little blemish just to feel their life happier.
One of the things that make “The World of the Married” interesting to watch is the setting of the storyline that feels right, so far, at ten. The storyline that does not waste time makes the viewer captivated and feels at home sitting sweet continue the excitement of the story. Second, the Concept of Playing Emotion “The World of the Married’ ’raised the concepts of adultery, forbidden love, and infidelity. The combination that is considered perfect to arouse the emotional audience. Third, Characters Make Love Characters Dr. Ji Sun Woo in The World of The Married is not like a weak and troubled wife in general. His character is hurt, but he is strong. Dr. Ji Sun Woo was in pain, but he moved forward and took revenge for her husband's actions.

I highly recommended you watch this drama especially they like to watch conflict drama.

That's all from me and thank you if you want me to make a review from the other drama feel free to comment. πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

" Maintaining Healthy Habits "

Hello fellas welcome back to my blog again. 😁
How have you been guys?  Hopefully you've been good .
So in this blog I want to tell you about maintaining healthy habits .

It is often easy for teens to pay no attention to their bodies. They are young and their bodies are strong and don’t give them much reason to notice. But we create many of our future adult habits when we are young. Therefore it is a good time to develop healthy habits when we are young as a part of everyday life.
There are several things that we need to focus on maintaining healthy habits :

  1. Healthy eating: Machines needs the right fuel to run well. If you put the wrong fuel in the gas tank, your machine will stop working. ChooseMyPlate.gov offers several resources for teens to learn and create good fueling plans for their bodies. Healthy nutrition is easier when the whole family tries to eat healthy together.
  2. Exercise: If a machine is never used, it gets harder for it to run smoothly. Physical activity is good way to keep your body’s engine in shape and ready to do what you need. Fitness programs include a mix of aerobic activity that gets your heart rate up as well as strengthening and stretching activities. Walking, biking, dancing and jumping rope are aerobic ideas. Yoga is a strength and stretching type of activity.
  3. Hygiene: If you never clean your car, the body will start to wear out and rust. Hygiene for human bodies includes dental care and showering or bathing. It is also a great habit to wash hands regularly throughout the day to keep from catching infections.
  4. Sleep: If you run a machine all the time and never let it rest, it burns out. Sleep is important for mental and physical health. An average teen needs eight hours or more of sleep each night. Having a bedtime routine, avoiding screen time or heavy exercise right before bed and laying down in a quiet, dark room all help promote better sleep.
  5. Stress management: If you build up too much pressure in an engine, it can explode. Stress happens in all our lives. It can make our emotions feel on edge. Teens may need to learn how to recognize their own stress, and then practice ways to prevent it and deal with it. Here are a few ways to manage stress:
Talk to a trusted friend or adult
Write in a journal
Practice deep breathing
Imagine a happy memory
Exercise
Do something else that you enjoy
Talking with a counselor if that is needed or desired
6. Avoid risky behaviors: If you go speeding in a car, you are more likely to lose control and crash. Young adults will face risky temptations in the world and they will need to make decisions about their choices. Examples of risky behaviors include texting while driving, cigarette smoking, drinking alcohol or taking non-prescribed drugs. If teens practice skills in “saying no” to avoid risky situations, they are more likely to have the skills to keep saying no once they are older. Role models are important as well.

Love your body..
That's all for today  see you in the next blog . ..

" Money save it "

Hello fellas welcome back to my blog ☺. How are you guys? hopefully you are doing good.
So guys in this blog I want to tell you little bit about  saving our money through my experienced.

When I was growing up we never went to some place for vocation, but it was a bit of a struggle for my parents sometimes, as they never had loads of money. So I supposed it’s made me spend money more wisely and be responsible with it now that I’m adult. There was two years it was really bad. I was at university and obviously study as well. I tried to find some job (part-time) to help my parents to pay for my tuition. At the moment I could concentrated on my studies. Because, my tuition not paid and I had no money at all. I remembered that I had borrowed money from my uncle then I paid for my tuition. I ever sold my Smart-phone to get the money to buy my daily food. I want to ask the money from my parents but, I did not make my parents difficult to earn some money for me. I myself think it’s important when we work hard for our money that we could enjoy it, but sensibly. I also save my money on the moneybox.

That's all from me and see you in next blog.. πŸ’œ
